Welcome to Bondy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bondy mobile application, websites and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Bondy ("Bondy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Bondy, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you can form a binding contract, and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You agree to provide accurate information, to use only one account, and not to share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content, you grant Bondy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
Some features may require payment or a subscription. Prices and terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed through the applicable app store, and refunds are subject to that store's policies and applicable law.
Bondy provides tools to help you meet new people, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the conduct of any user. Always use good judgment and follow our safety tips when interacting with others, especially when meeting in person.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bondy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
