You are welcome to purchase the Bondy paid service. By purchasing a Bondy paid service, you will be able to use the exclusive features of the corresponding Bondy paid services by paying for them.
1. This Payment Agreement (this "Agreement") is between us and you regarding the purchase and use of the Bondy Subscription Service, which is paid for, and you are not entitled to use the Bondy Subscription Service exclusive features and other services covered by this Agreement unless you agree to and accept all of the terms of this Agreement and complete the payment process.
2. According to the changes of relevant laws and regulations, Bondy will continuously improve the quality of service and modify this Agreement accordingly. After the new version of the agreement is published, you can check the latest version of the agreement in the Bondy App. Unless you already enjoy the matters before the new agreement takes effect, your rights and obligations, purchase-related procedures and charges are subject to each clause in the latest version of this Agreement and the purchase page display.
3. Please read carefully and choose whether to accept this Agreement, and you must fully and strictly comply with the terms of this Agreement when enjoying the Bondy Subscription Service.
1. Before purchasing the Bondy Subscription Service, you must review and agree to accept the relevant Terms of Service and this Agreement. At the same time, you must ensure that the personal information you fill in is true, accurate and valid, otherwise Bondy has the right to suspend your subscription service. Any changes to your personal information should be promptly modified in the registered personal data; otherwise the resulting subscription service rights cannot be fully and effectively exercised, and the responsibility is your own.
2. Bondy users can use the Bondy Subscription Service after completing the user registration process and paying for the corresponding services through the payment methods provided by the Bondy Platform. After purchasing the Bondy Subscription Service, you may not rent, borrow, transfer or license it to a third party, and you may not open the Bondy Subscription Service for yourself or others for non-personal use such as profit or business.
3. Based on different cell phone operating systems, the price of the paid service may vary depending on the system platform, and the actual price of each subscription service is subject to the actual price listed on the purchase screen.
1. The subscription auto-renewal service is offered to you in response to your demand for auto-renewal service and to avoid losses caused by your failure to renew your subscription in time due to negligence or other reasons, if you have opened the subscription services. If you choose to use the auto-renewal service, you authorize Bondy to debit your top-up account, third-party payment account tied to your account, bank card, or communication account with the next billing balance when the validity of your purchased subscription services is about to expire.
2. Bondy will charge you for the subscription services for the next billing cycle through the above-mentioned account, and you shall be responsible for any failure to renew the subscription due to insufficient balance available for debiting. For the chosen payment channel, you are obliged to regularly monitor and ensure that there is sufficient balance under the payment method for the automatic renewal of the subscription services. Bondy may suspend the provision of subscriptions if the automatic renewal requirement cannot be met due to the aforementioned defects (including, but not limited to, insufficient balance).
3. After you have chosen to automatically renew your subscription with Bondy, you can cancel the automatic renewal on your own.
4. Bondy may from time to time adjust the content of free services and paid services, such as package prices and benefits. If you turn on auto-renewal, we will notify you in advance through announcements, emails, etc. of upcoming changes to the content of paid services so that you can choose whether to continue auto-renewal.
5. If you do not cancel the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, you are deemed to have agreed that Bondy will continue to debit in accordance with this Agreement and the auto-renewal cycle you have selected. Once the debit is successful, Bondy will open the Bondy subscription services for the next billing cycle for you.
1. Unless Bondy is at fault, Bondy shall not be liable and shall not compensate you for any damages caused by the acts or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to any infringement by any third party such as payment services, network access services, etc.
In the following circumstances you are entitled to request a monetary refund:
If your subscription was terminated by reason of violation of our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, or at your request, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees. The money refunded will NOT exceed the amount paid for a particular service or product.
You may terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, effective upon receipt of your written notice of termination by Bondy customer support staff. Your subscription will be cancelled effective from the next subscription month following your request to cancel; however, any fees charged for a previous subscription, or used Virtual Items within the current subscription month, will not be refunded.
For enforcement of the refund or subscription cancellation, please contact our support team directly. Once your request is approved, you will receive a refund to your designated account. We will review and get back to you with an initial reply to your request within 72 hours.
When you cancel your account, your personal information under your account will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by law or this Agreement. Once your account has been cancelled, it cannot be restored.
Before you apply for account cancellation, you should ensure the account is legally owned and logged in by you, is in a secure state (normal use, not in violation processing, not otherwise at risk), that Virtual Items have been properly disposed of, that there are no outstanding orders, and that the account is free of any disputes. If you have applied to cancel your account, please do not log in within 15 days; logging in will cancel the cancellation application.
You acknowledge and agree that cancellation of your account will have consequences including, but not limited to: you will not be able to log in or use your account; personal information under your account will be deleted or anonymized; your Virtual Items will be deleted; the account cannot be restored, and re-registering with the same Google Play, Facebook, or Apple ID will be considered a new user account. Termination does not affect your liability for your use of the Bondy service prior to cancellation.
