Welcome to Bondy's Privacy Policy (this "Policy"). Bondy is provided and controlled by HK Freyr Network Technology Co., Limited ("Bondy", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This Policy applies to websites, apps, events, and other services operated by Bondy (together, the "Service"). It does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties. In case you receive links, contents, products, or services provided by third parties, please choose carefully whether to access them. We have chosen to use plain language to make sure that you fully understand this Policy and make your own choices. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not use the Service.
We collect information when you create an account or use the Service, information you share with us from third-party social network providers, and technical and behavioral information about your use of the Service. We also collect information contained in the messages you send through the Service and, if you grant us access, information from your phone book on your mobile device.
Account Registration Information: When you create an account, we may collect your nickname, avatar, phone number, and login information for third-party accounts you connect (e.g., Google, Facebook, or Apple ID).
Profile Information: You have the option to share more information such as age, gender identity, date of birth, location, sexual orientation, type of preference, height, weight, and profile image. Your profile information will be publicly viewable by others unless you delete your account.
Shared Content: Comments, photos, videos, and other content, which may be publicly viewable depending on where it is posted. You may not upload content about another individual unless you have their express permission.
Payment and Purchase Information: If you make purchases, we process payment and purchase information, such as User ID, payment card numbers where required, and details of your purchase and payment history.
Other Information: If you contact customer care, we collect the information you provide, and may monitor or record interactions for training and quality purposes.
We may receive information about you from other users of the Service and from third-party services such as advertising partners, data providers, and analytics providers.
Usage Information: activity such as date and time you logged in, features used, searches, clicks, and how you interact with other users. Device Information: unique device identifier, IP address, MAC address, user agent, mobile carrier, time zone, device model and system, language, network type, screen resolution, operating system, and technical diagnostic information. Messages: content of messages and information about when they were sent, received and/or read. Other information with your consent, such as photos and videos.
We and our partners use cookies or similar tracking technologies to understand your use of the application, analyze trends, administer the site, track user behavior, and collect demographic information. Third-party partners may use them to show ads based on your browsing history and interests. You can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences.
We rely on the following legal bases: Contractual necessity (to process payments and refunds, offer the Service, enable messaging, ensure you are old enough, enforce our Terms of Use); Legitimate interests (to contact you with updates, conduct research and analytics, prevent fraud, protect our legal rights, protect users from harm, store and back up information, resolve disputes); and Consent / compliance with applicable laws (to personalize the Service and comply with legal and regulatory requirements).

We may share your data with affiliated companies for legitimate purposes; service providers (technical, data storage, marketing, and third-party SDK providers); analytics providers who help optimize the platform and serve targeted ads (using aggregated, non-personal data where possible); and in the case of public profiles, your content may be visible to anyone on Bondy. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy involving a personal information transfer, we will require the new entity to remain bound by this Policy.
Currently, Bondy stores your personal information on a server located in the USA. We may transfer your personal information to resources, servers, third-party service providers, and business partners for storage or processing, which may be located in other countries or regions. We take appropriate security measures and safeguards to make sure that all such transfers meet the requirements of applicable local data protection laws.
You have access and rectification tools in the Service; you can adjust device permissions; you can uninstall the app (which does not close your account); and you can close your account using the corresponding functionality in the Service. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to be informed, right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object, and rights related to automated decision-making.
To exercise your right to erasure, you may email us at bondyclub@outlook.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" (include the email associated with your account), or request deletion directly within the app via App Settings > Privacy > Request Data Deletion. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days; upon approval, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. In some cases, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business interests.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information and regularly monitor our systems for vulnerabilities and attacks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a data breach occurs, we will report it to the corresponding regulatory authorities as required and take the best possible measures to remedy or mitigate the damage.
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill our contractual obligations, or where we have a legitimate business purpose. When your account is canceled, we take reasonable efforts to ensure it is no longer viewable and delete your personal information from our systems, subject to legal obligations. After you terminate your use of Bondy, we store your information in an aggregated and anonymized format.
The Service is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or who have reached the minimum legal age of digital consent in their jurisdiction — whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, or market to, individuals under 18 (or the applicable minimum age). If you are under the age limit, please do not use the Service or submit any personal information.
We are committed to protecting the safety of children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Our measures include strict age restrictions (users must confirm they are at least 18 during registration), content moderation (all user-generated content undergoes dual review by human moderators and third-party moderation algorithms), user behavior guidelines (any sexualized behavior involving children is strictly prohibited and reported to authorities), and a reporting and response mechanism within the app. To report any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, contact us at bondyclub@outlook.com.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy from time to time. In case of any modification, we will notify you here, on our official website, or via separate notifications. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the updated Privacy Policy. We will ask for your explicit consent again where required before collecting additional personal information or using it for new purposes.
